"No one on the corner has swagger like us."

'Our swagger will come with the playoffs,' said Rasheed Wallace (#30).

When I heard this, it made me so happy! I know so many people have given up on the Pistons, but I've stuck with them through this rough season. I wrote a blog about a month ago on my ESPN page when the Pistons were officially at .500 about how we can't give up hope; Rasheed Wallace is saying the same thing. It's great seeing that the team still has their game faces on and are ready to give 110%. This season hasn't been their best, but it's been rough. The Pistons went through many changes this year including a new coach, the loss of Chauncey Billups, trying to adjust to the new balance of playing with Allen Iverson, and a fairly young team. It's been a very frustrating season for the fans and players, but chin up! It may be very ambitious, but if Sheed believes that they can pull it together, I do too.

I know that the season isn't over yet. But, it is coming to an end. So, what can we look forward to after this slum of a season? I truly think that the Pistons have what it takes to be on top again. With the balance of very talented rookies and veterans on this team, I know that after they get their chemistry rolling, the Pistons will be unstoppable.

Best of luck to the Pistons for the remainder of the season and playoffs!

  1. A true fan always has hope, I admire that and hey, the Pistons have loads of playoff experience an great fan support, so they can't be overlooked.

p.s. they still have Orlando's number, might pull off the upset if they meet.
